Pupil Successes

We think it's great that children and adults come to our school just to have some fun or exercise from music and dance and we welcome pupils from all backgrounds to do just that.

If pupils want to progress and take exams, that's fine too and we will encourage them all we can. We are very proud of the exam successes we have had, especially as pupils are attending the school often for just one lesson a week, compared to the two or three times per week (or even more) expected from some other schools in order to achieve similar success.

We also award Scholarships and Achievement Awards to those pupils who we think have made major improvements or outstanding progress in a particular area and deserve to be recognised.

Finally, many of our former pupils have gone on to further dance-related courses or careers. We're very proud that not only have they been able to continue with their love of dance and music but that they frequently come back to the school to tell us and the children all about it!
