Charlottes's Fund: Application Form

If you would like to apply for help from Charlotte's Fund, please print out this page, complete the necessary sections and either bring it to the next lesson or send it to:

Help available is as follows:     

a) Regular Fees: The fund can pay up to 25% of the cost of lessons.

b) Exam Fees: The fund can pay up to 50% of the cost of exam fees.

c) Uniform Purchase: The fund can pay up to 50% of the cost of new items of uniform but asks that any second hand uniform is donated back to the school for resale.  Any income from the resale of second hand items will be added back into the fund.

d) Audition Fees: Pupils attending auditions may apply for 50% of the cost of audition fees and a contribution will also be made towards travel if required.

No formal proof of income is required to apply for help from Charlotte's Fund but it is expected that the recipients will be in receipt of Family Credit, Unemployment Benefit, Disability Allowance or have limited resources due to recent loss of employment, one parent family etc.

All applications will be considered and total confidentiality is guaranteed. Recipients are also asked to inform the school if their circumstances change so that the money can be re-allocated to those who still need help.
