The previous achievement awards were discontinued from July 2008 and past recipients are listed below.  From December 2008 new trophies will be presented in remembrance of Charlotte Walker, pupil at the school from 2001 to 2008.  For further information about Charlotte's Bursary Fund please visit here.

Achievement Awards

Each branch of the school has been given a trophy, to be presented at the end of each term, to celebrate the achievement of an individual for that term. The trophy is held for the duration of the following term when it will be returned, ready for the next recipient. The awards are not necessarily for the best dancer!  They are for showing exceptional progress; for showing improvement in confidence; for overcoming a 'mental block' or finally mastering a step, or for helping others in lesson time. The achievement awards are a positive encouragement to those who do have to work very hard to achieve.
